To begin

Roast Chestnut Soufflé, served warm with a light dressed salad

Chicken Liver Pate, our own of course, served with crunchy AGA baked bread and homemade chutney

Rachael's Broccoli & Stilton Soup with walnut bread croutons garnished with a dollop of melting clotted cream

Middles

Roast Turkey served with  all the trimmings, some good gravy and sloe gin & cranberry sauce.

Baked 3 Cheese and Winter Nut Tart, a great vegetarian option plus veg below with non-goose fat potatoes

Poached Salmon Steak,  finished with a lemon and Hazelnut sauce

Served with Goose Fat Roast Potatoes, Winter Red Cabbage, Honey Roast Parsnips, Brussels spouts with Bacon Lardons & Almonds

Finishing Post

Christmas Pudding with brandy or port sauce 

Boozy Chocolate  Mousse in a fancy biscuit basket finished  off with a splash of chocolate liqueur

Bramley Apple pie with either clotted cream, custard or just simply with pouring cream

Coffee or tea to finish
